Our rentals are in 5 day increments, Thursday to Monday, so once you choose your pickup date then your return date will automatically be filled in for you.  Once you have chosen your dates you get to see the availability and quantity of your item. If you are looking for a mid-week rental then just reach out to us and we will try to make something happen for you.

Cruise through our inventory, either through the inventory tab or go right to the collections page, where you can see products in easily identifiable categories.  You can also opt to search for items through the search box on the upper right hand of the page.

You can sign in with a guest account, but if you create your own account then longer term planning will be easier to track.

Once you are sure you have everything you need then hit the checkout button and your order will be reserved.  We require a %50 deposit up front for all rentals, with the balance payable one week prior to your event.

**Should you wish to make changes to your order you may do so without penalty up until 30 days before the first day of your rental period. Just email us at laceandlilacsevents@gmail.com and we will work with you to make the requested changes.**

Your order will be available at our Innisfail location.  We do not offer delivery services. Please pick up and return your order on the dates specified. You may appoint someone else to do this for you if you wish, as we know you will be very busy!  

**Our items will be packaged in reusable containers with packing materials that you are required to use when you return them. This helps to avoid damaging the items. We will make it as easy for you as possible, so don't sweat it, just follow the included directions.**
